Chen Yaoye has advanced to the quarterfinal in BC Card Cup
On March 17, Chen Yaoye defeated Ki-yong Kim in the top 16 of the 3rd BC Card world Championships. He is the first Chinese player who has managed to secure in the top 8.

One of the genius players in China, Chen Yaoye has ended up being a runner-up twice in the world championships. In 2006, he lost against Guri in LG Cup, and defeated by Se-dol Lee in TV Baduk Asian Cup in 2007. However, he is showing off his power in this BC Card Cup and now it's the great chance to prove himself.
Chen Yaoye and Sedol-Lee came head to head in the semi-final. The two player' record against each other is one win and one loss.
