First let me say having an English Tygem client is great! Being able to play with so many people from Korea, China and Japan ist wonderful!
Now on to my question. Is it possible that users of the English client don't it AT ALL if Koreans type in Hangul in the chat? It seems that Koreans type in the public chat window but users of the English client can't see it.
I would feel more connected to the Asian Tygem users if I could at least see that they are typing something. Then I could copy the Hangul and put it in some translator. Or I could also learn a little Hangul.
In my opinion it would have a great effect on the community if the English client would support unicode. It would truly connect people from Asia and the rest of the world. Right now I feel a little separated because I can't see the Korean, Japanese or Chinese signs, even if I don't understand them (yet).
Is a unicode English client in development?
Thank you again for letting us in into the Asian world of baduk. I like it very much :)
