I am really getting tired of the way western players are treated on Tygem.
We were having a conversation in Korea 1 when someone mentioned that english users can't see the korean text.
At some point, "Help94" singled me out to provide a response. His English appeared to be quite good. He told me that Tygem doesn't show korean text to english users because it might "confuse" us too much. I find this absurd and insulting. Note that at no point did I insult him or anyone else. I thought we were having a perfectly respectful discussion and I asked him if we could chat one on one in private so I could explain the problem to him a bit better. He ignored my request. Then I said that if Tygem had a poll asking English users if they'd like to be able to see korean text we'd probably have an overwhelming majority vote "yes" he immediately booted me without warning. This was in Korea 1, so of course I couldn't get back in afterward.
This kind of treatment is why western players don't stick around on Tygem for very long. There's no community and few people like to talk. When we do finally find people to talk with, Korean trolls spam us with racist remarks or just repeat what we say. All it takes is one korean user to report you to an admin to get a ban or boot. Since most of the Helpers don't seem to speak English very well there is no recourse.
