I had another incident with the infamous disconnect bug today but with a twist. After waiting for over 15 minutes for the victory (my opponent apparently decided to waste some time before disconnecting), I stayed in the room and opened a help request. After a few minutes an admin (Help71) entered the room and promptly left. Assuming my help request was "answered," I opened another ticket seeking help. A short while later the same admin entered, but this time I was "disconnect from the server." Apparently, I was booted for trying to get help.

Why is this issue not being resolved or acknowledged? Are the users that abuse this bug being banned when reported?
