small ERROR registering for the 1st TYGEM - AGA Online Pro Prelim

I registered for the 1st TYGEM - AGA Online Pro Prelim; however there is a problem! 
There was no 9k rank (my rank) on the pull-down menu!!!; only 11k, 10k, 8k, 7k...
I tried to register as 8k, but the web-site made me a 10k!
Can you change my rank to 9k?
That is my correct AGA rank.
