According to wireshark during the installation of TygemGlobalSetup.exe & InstallTygem.exe the web-config file located online at:

http://download2.tygem.com/down_tygem/cfg/TygemBaduk.glo.cfg  is 404 not found.  Anyone else having an issue with this?
